Note that the graph below does not accurately represent the timing dimensions of TPD, TDEAD + TDEAD_D and
TDRIVE. For example, TDRIVE is in microseconds and TDEAD + TDEAD_D and TPD are in nanoseconds, yet all
parameters appear to have similar timing representations on the graph. Account for this information when
interpreting the graph and your test results. On the graph, note that TDEAD +TDEAD_D
begins when either VGHx or VGLx slew from high to low at the value VGS_LVL. On H variants, all four
IDRIVEP and IDRIVEN parameters below
manipulate the simulation. To change IDRIVE
on device, make nSLEEP = 0 and modify the IDRIVE jumper on the EVM
