Do the MODE and GAIN widgets match the MODE and GAIN hardware headers on the EVM?
Mode and Gain Value Warning!
Before setting Driver to Awake, make sure the GAIN and MODE widgets match the GAIN and MODE hardware jumpers on the EVM.
Independent Half-Bridge Control Warning!
With a load connected to PVDD and both the Enable Driver bit and the DRVOFF pin are set to 1, the load
will
experience maximum RPM when the duty cycle is set to 0%.
For the load to experience minimum RPM, set the duty cycle to 100%.
Operation Mode Warning!
It is not recommended to change operation mode while driving the load.
Configuration Warning
Please refer to the datasheet, EVM user’s guide, and EVM schematic to make necessary hardware
connections for
VDS, IDRIVE, MODE and Gate configurations. The configurations should be done only when the driver is
asleep
