Disable External Flash

The external flash consumes energy and can be disabled if not used.

By default, SysConfig generates the code to enable / disable the external flash at the end of ti_drivers_config.c. The functions available to the application are: Board_sendExtFlashByte, Board_wakeUpExtFlash, and Board_shutDownExtFlash.

By default, the Board_init function disables external flash.
